Hey Y’all, I’m Katie.
I was born and raised here in Carroll County. I live in Temple and always have. I am married to my wonderfully supportive husband, Chris, and we have two dogs and two cats. I never expected to become a small business owner, but I absolutely know that God opened this door for me to serve this community that I love.
I passed the Bar and became licensed in 2016. I spent my first three years in practice in Villa Rica and my next three years in Newnan. During my career, I have handled cases locally in Carroll, Coweta, Douglas, Haralson, Paulding, and Polk Counties regularly. I have represented clients in criminal matters ranging in severity from traffic citations to DUI to murder, and have been privileged to receive some great results for my clients. I have additionally handled domestic/family law cases, including divorce and custody, with satisfactory results for clients across the metro-Atlanta and local areas.
I try to personalize my representation for each of my clients. Most often, people meet with me during the most stressful moments in their lives. Most people do not know how to navigate situations in the legal field on their own. It's rarely a “good day” when someone is in need of legal representation. Each client and their circumstances are different, and I try to make sure that they walk through the process of their legal matter as informed as possible.
